As of December 1, 2025, Google is turning on AI to intercept, read, store emails, read all DMS, etc. This being done to "train their AI". No, this is tracking of who you are, your close knit circle of friends, how you talk with each other, the things you talk about, the places you go, the things that you do, etc. etc. etc.
Meta, owner of Facebook, Instagram and other apps, are doing the same thing to track you, learn from you and classify you for who knows what in the future.
In google's gmail, you will need to sign on to all of your email accounts individually and perform the following to turn off this tracking:
(1) Click onto the gear at the top right of your gmail screen.
(2) Click onto the top of the pop up that says: See All Settings
(3) Scroll down and take the check mark off of :
